From time to time we come across an employee, a company, or an organization that epitomize customer service. We feel that if it is appreciated then it will flourish, otherwise there is the danger that it will be engulfed by mediocrity and lost forever.

Good service is difficult to define, but we know when we have experienced it. Sometimes it is the smile, sometimes the attention to detail, sometimes the extra mile that is walked to ensure satisfaction, but always it is a client-centred approach to service that embodies what competitors only preach.

Good service cannot be taught to all, it is a lifestyle pursued by some.
